Grace + Arrows Boutique Policies
- Orders can not be changed, cancelled, or modified in any way after purchase.
- You are allowed 14 days from the day of delivery to return an item for store credit.
- Receipt must be present at time of return.
- All items purchased at a discounted rate are FINAL SALES and are not eligible for returns.
- Any special order items are not eligible for returns.
- To initiate a return please contact us, at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, name, & reason for return.
- Items may be returned for store credit only. Credit will only be applied for the amount paid for the product, after discounts, and shipping and handling charges. Credit must be used within 60 days. After the 60 day period, your credit will be removed from account.
- Buyer is responsible for paying return shipping fees.
- Items must be returned in the exact condition that they were sent. All tags MUST still be attached. MUST be unworn & unwashed. Items that appear worn or with stains, smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, or any other odors will not qualify for a return.
- If your item does not qualify for a return, you are responsible for paying for additional shipping charges.
- If you purchased with Sezzle, you will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
- It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure you enter your shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is returned to us or lost due to an incorrect address.

- We currently charge exact shipping on all orders, which is subject to change at any point in time.
- We ship all orders within 5-7 business days, unless description states otherwise.
- Grace + Arrows is not responsible for any delay in shipping times per UPS or USPS.
- If the item is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping time, please contact the service provider.
- We are not responsible for any items that are lost or damaged in transit. USPS or UPS are solely responsible once the items have shipped.
